Datascan has a new name, Biz-Core. In addition to its similarity to our parent Data-Core, we believe the Biz-Core name better reflects the expansion of our business process outsourcing services. Back in 1988 our primary activity was to scan and convert paper documents to digital images in order to provide key from image services at our offshore facilities. At that time outsourcing was generally limited to a client’s “non-core” activities. We have since expanded our role to provide value added services that are often directly related to “core applications” critical to our client’s bottom line. Digital imaging and document management remain an important element of our business, however we now do much more; these processes simply represent a segment of our ever expanding outsourcing offering.
Brand new facility in Langhorne, PA
Biz-Core has established its largest domestic Data Center in Langhorne, PA. The expanding business process outsourcing services being offered by the company required the relocation to a larger and more business friendly neighborhood. The facility is a part of the Bucks County Business Park and conveniently located just outside of Philadelphia which is the Headquarters of the parent company Data-Core Systems.
Brand new state-of-the-art facility in Salt Lake, Kolkata
Biz-Core (India) the wholly owned offshore subsidiary of Biz-Core, USA has recently moved out of their older leased premises into a brand new facility in Salt Lake, Kolkata. This state-of-the art facility was constructed with the services and security aspects of Biz-Core’s BPO offerings in mind. Though we leave more than a decade of fond memories back in Park Street, we are all excited with our new building and the bustling IT/ITES environment around us.
Breaks new ground with offshore classification & processing of TV advertisements
Biz-Core has secured a prestigious new contract for providing classification and processing of advertisements for TV from its offshore data centers in India. This represents a breakaway from the traditional BPO services such as call- center and data capture activities and opens the door to a new vista of possibilities.

Biz-Core has recently signed a contract with a global investment bank and institutional securities firm for Returned Mail, Abandoned Property, and Escheatment Outsourcing. Biz-Core provides similar services to other Investment Banks and Pharmaceutical Firms.
Expands Wholesale and Retail Remittance Processing Services
An existing client of Biz-Core has recently enhanced its line of business of providing a National network of Emergency Care facilities to include an Ambulatory Service network. Biz-Core as its long standing remittance processing vendor has been entrusted with providing remittance processing services for this latest business acquisition.
