What is your hiring process? How long does the process take?+

The length of the recruitment process may vary depending on the position. In general, candidates can expect the process to take one month from the time of submitting their application to accepting an offer. Selected headquarters applicants can expect at least two interviews during the process. Yes. Relocation is provided for an employee and his/her family when required to relocate for a project. Specific details of the policy are provided upon joining.
As an IT consultant, what happens when I am not deployed or allocated to a project?+
At this time, our Consultants are required to work with the Practice Manager on certifications, re-certifications and completing specific practice related tasks including mentoring, interviewing candidates and conducting training classes.
Do you have Training Facilities?+
We encourage our Employees to remain technologically abreast through reading and certifications. We also nominate them to relevant programs as identified.
Do you support certifications?+
Yes, all employees who get certifications and accomplish the minimum grade level laid down by the Company are reimbursed the entire cost .
Does Data-Core have projects outside the USA?+
Yes, we have projects in India.
What is your appraisal policy? +
Employees are appraised on a yearly basis by their Managers. Areas of improvement, yearly goalsand career progression plans will be discussed at that time.
What is your career progression plan? +
